When I’m not working my main gig as a PT as Goodlife Health Clubs, I absolutely love experimenting with new, healthy recipes and sharing them with my fitness fanatic, food-loving followers. Here are two delicious desserts that treat your body as well as your tastebuds!
Biscoff doughnuts
What if I told you that you can eat Biscoff doughnuts daily and still reach your fitness goals? Check this out.

Ingredients
35g protein powder (I used Macro Mike apple crumble almond protein)
50g self-raising flour
75g egg whites
75g greek yoghurt
5g cinnamon
75ml water
70g greek yoghurt
25g melted Biscoff Cookie Butter (for frosting)
Method
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees (fan forced).
- Mix all dry ingredients together and then add the wet ingredients.
- Bake for 12-15 mins and let the doughnuts cool.
- Make the frosting and evenly spread on each doughnut.
Makes 6 doughnuts

Salted caramel choc brownies
Brownies to help you get buff? Sounds too good to be true, but one bite and you’ll be a believer!

Ingredients
400g kent pumpkin
45g Macro Mike salted caramel almond protein
50g plain flour
50g natural sweetener
40g cocoa powder
4g baking powder + 4g baking soda
145g egg whites
Method
- Boil and mash pumpkin.
- Mix dry ingredients (except cocoa powder) then add 100g egg whites.
- Split mixture and add cocoa powder and leftover egg whites for the marble effect.
- Pour the orange mixture then dark mixture into a baking tray with baking paper or silicone tray and make a design.
- Bake for 10-15 mins at 180 degrees (fan forced), then let it cool.
Makes 9 brownies
