About the Author

An educator with the Australian Institute of Fitness (AIF), Jonathon Ray holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science. During his career, he has worked in the arenas of competitive gymnastics, personal training, powerlifting and education.

During his time in gymnastics he ran a Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Levels squad and worked with the Royal Deaf & Blind Institute and the Minimbah Care Unit to deliver gymnastics programs to special needs populations.

While managing a boutique fitness facility, Jono honed his social media skills to effectively market the business.
