AIF Partners with Ezypay to Simplify the PT Client Payment Process

Dec 09, 2020 | by AIF

The Australian Institute of Fitness (AIF) has partnered with Ezypay to offer graduates the best payment collection and management tools to assist them in running a successful business.

Ezypay is an automated subscription billing service, transforming the way that AIF’s graduates go on to control and collect their client’s payments and fees. The purpose of this partnership is to relieve PT’s, massage therapists and other business owners of the manual administration duties involved in client sign-ups and late payment collections. As providers of a highly personalised service, trainers are hyper aware of the potential awkwardness of opening or closing a session by asking a client for overdue payment. By using Ezypay to perform these difficult tasks on their behalf, personal trainers can focus less on money management and more on delivering outstanding service to their clients.

Users of the Ezypay platform are able to easily create bespoke payment plans for clients by setting direct debit instructions, such as frequency of payments, amounts to be collected and payment methods. The platform also enables paperless direct debits as well as automatic failed payment handling and electronic payment reminders, helping PT’s get paid faster and maximise their cash flow.

The AIF is constantly seeking new ways to simplify the process of starting a fitness business to encourage more people to get qualified as a fitness professional and to empower its graduates to achieve their business goals. As a trusted industry provider of the direct debit payment solutions that are essential for the smooth running of a modern fitness business, Ezypay presented itself as a natural choice of partner in furthering the AIF’s objectives.

Announcing the partnership, Kim Horner, AIF’s head of operations, said “When the opportunity to partner with an established subscription payment provider such as Ezypay arose, offering a significantly reduced admin workload for PT’s, it was a no-brainer. We are very excited to bring further efficiencies and ease to the lives of our graduates through this partnership.”

James Foster, Ezypay’s Chief Executive Officer added “As Australia’s leading Subscription Payment provider we are excited by this partnership with AIF. With our shared experience and legacy in the Australian Fitness industry, we are confident of the value we can bring to AIF’s graduates. We know that by using our advanced subscription billing technology, the businesses we support in the fitness industry see improved collection rates, increased productivity and an enhanced customer experience”

AIF graduates can use the standalone payment interface to easily manage their client payments or run their PT business through goXpro with Ezypay’s automated billing seamlessly integrated into the platform.
