About the Author

Sheridan Skye is a Registered Nurse, Nutritionist, and Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience in health and fitness. As a mother of two, her journey into pre and postnatal coaching began during her first pregnancy when she encountered outdated and overly cautious fitness advice. Determined to challenge misconceptions, she immersed herself in research and specialized training, uncovering the scientific benefits of resistance training for pregnant and postpartum women.

Her mission is to empower women by breaking down fear-based barriers around pregnancy and exercise. She advocates for evidence-based training approaches that help women stay strong, healthy, and confident through every stage of motherhood.
